Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Priority shipping orders received after 1pm Standard Central Time (SCT) will be processed the next business day. Processing time does not include weekends. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm SCT, as well as Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following Monday.
We do ship internationally.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Standard Shipping will be process 1-3 business days or placing the order. Overnight and Priority Shipping must be placed before 1pm Central Standard Time (CST) to be processed on the same business day.
Shipping Charges are based on package weight and delivery location.
RaekaBeauty.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For security reasons, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All Raeka Beauty products are made with natural and plant-based ingredients and are manufactured in small batches for quality purposes, therefore returns or exchanges will not be offered for the reason of general dissatisfaction. We recommend you to contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions on any products. Our products are described as accurately as possible and we have listed all of the ingredients on our website so please read the ingredient list to uncover any potential sensitivities. Please be conscious of what you are purchasing and take the “no refund policy” into consideration before you buy. If we do approve a return, there is a $6 charge for the shipping label, but may be waived for an exchange.
We will gladly replace any damaged or defective items immediately. If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us a detailed note along with a photo at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery.
No returns will be granted following the seven days after delivery.
