Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Priority shipping orders received after 1pm Standard Central Time (SCT) will be processed the next business day. Processing time does not include weekends. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm SCT, as well as Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following Monday.

 We do ship internationally. 


COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to Covid-19 and the effects of it on our business, we are currently not offering free shipping.

Overnight and Priority Shipping must be placed before 1pm Central  Standard Time (CST) to be processed on the same business day.

​Shipping Charges are based on package weight and delivery location.

PAYMENT METHODS​ accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For security reasons, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.

Due to hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All products are FINAL SALE.


If, for any unlikely reason, the products are damaged when received, we will gladly replace these items immediately. Please contact Raeka Customer Care at no later than 3 days after receipt of your order. Please provide pictures of all damaged items in order to receive new replacement products. 

Do NOT discard the box nor any contents. Failure to keep all contents of the package may invalidate a replacement.
