ORDER PROCESSING​

Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Priority shipping orders received after 1pm Standard Central Time (SCT) will be processed the next business day. Processing time does not include weekends. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm SCT, as well as Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following Monday.

 We do ship internationally. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING​

FREE Domestic Ground Shipping is offered on all orders over $90, not including sales tax. FREE domestic shipping offers are not valid on Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico orders.

​*Standard Ground Shipping takes approximately 5–7 business days.

Overnight and Second Day Shipping is available for an additional charge. These are considered Priority Orders and must be placed before 1pm Standard Central Time (SCT) to be processed on the same business day.

​Shipping Charges are based on package weight and delivery location.

PAYMENT METHODS​

RaekaBeauty.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For security reasons, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.

​RaekaBeauty.com can process any credit card with a billing address outside of the United States.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES​​

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items purchased through RaekaBeauty.com online store for a full refund, IF within 7 days of original purchase and product has not been used or altered with. There is no refund for shipping costs and we cannot accept returns after 7 days. To return or exchange your purchase, you must first email RAEKA customer care at info@raekabeaty.com in order to obtain a return authorization. Please include your receipt and order number. We can provide a shipping label upon request—shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if our shipping label is used. You are welcome to use any mail provider that is most convenient for you, however, please note that Raekabeauty.com is not responsible for shipping fees or lost/stolen packages, when you are not utilizing one of our recommended providers and shipping labels. For returns, your account will be refunded once we have received your return shipment.

​We are unable to refund shipping charges on returns or exchanges and we cannot accept any return products after 7 days. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately. 

​*There will be a processing fee of $7.50 for any item(s) returned with free shipping.

 

FOR DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS

If your product arrives damaged, immediately contact RAEKA Customer Care at info@raekabeauty.com. Do NOT discard the box nor any contents for possible UPS inspection. UPS requires a verification of the lost or damaged goods in order to provide any reimbursement. Failure to keep all contents of the package may invalidate a refund or replacement.
